Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and review eligibility for your specific furniture pieces.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure all items are in their original, showroom-quality condition and securely packed in the original shipping materials to prevent damage during the return transit.
- 3.Inspection and Transit
Our specialized white-glove logistics team will collect the item from your residence, followed by a thorough quality inspection at our central warehouse facility.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the inspection is successfully completed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and round-trip shipping fees.
